近日使用WindowsPhone.com的網上Marketplace的話，可能會發覺如下圖中左下角的提示訊息:

It looks like there’s a problem with your Zune Account or you haven’t created one yet. You need a working Zune account to get apps from Marketplace.

或中文的訊息:

您的 Zune 帳戶似乎有問題，或是尚未建立 Zune 帳戶。您需要一個有效的 Zune 帳戶才能從市集中取得應用程式。

原來Microsoft最近更新了使用條款，用家只需按下頁面中的”Edit or create Zune account”，登入Zune帳戶後閱讀並確認新條款，然後就可以繼續透過網頁版Marketplace在Windows Phone上安裝Apps/ games。
