作為本站讀者的你，應該有留意到在WhatsApp最近的更新後，所有WP8，包括Lumia 920、Lumia 820及Windows Phone 8X by HTC均無法下載WhatsApp吧？作為這些全新WP8的香港用户，沒有WhatsApp一定感到十分無助吧？由於小編認為WhatsApp對香港用家實在太過重要，所以便去信Nokia CEO Stephen Elop，又再次打擾他了，做Nokia的CEO真的十分繁忙，希望Nokia能插手這個問題，幫助各位無助的用户。
就這個問題，Stephen Elop作出了一個簡單回應，見上圖︰「Thanks for the note. We are aware of Whatsapp, are working with them to get this quickly taken care of. (感謝你的通知。我們注意到WhatsApp的問題，並且正與他們合作，以快速地把這個問題處理。」
小編已再去信詢問會否有重新下載WhatsApp的時間表，還望Elop先生回覆。在這個時候，讓我們默默期望WhatsApp能在Nokia的幫助下盡快重新上架，甚至有令人驚喜的新功能吧！

唔好又變Nokia專用Apps搞到HTC或Samsung機無得用Whatsapp就得。
點會呢, 除非nokia 比$ whatapps 才會發生.
但nokia 未必會咁做. 因為whatapps 不是現在最重要的平台, 選揀仍很多.

I agree with LEE. Don’t abuse your connection and we may need that good relationship in future.
Actually that email is quite “public” and we need not any connection to email him. The reason why I tried to email this issue to him is to raise the awareness of Nokia towards the problem, especially with the fact that Nokia previously committed themselves into helping the developement of WhatsApp for WP8, so I think that would be appropriate to email the CEO who will have some “say” or at least giving some pressure towards certain departments.
Moreover, WhatsApp has previously replied WMPU saying that the app can not longer be downloaded and they can not tell when they will have it available in Windows Phone Store again. MSHK is of no use to have contact with in regards of these international apps (even myTV they have no say at all, what can we expect for WhatsApp?).
Anyway, we tried to make careful judgement on what to send and what not to send. So don’t get too worried about the problem of abuse 😛
點解唔問埋佢幾時有速成?
I think other platforms are paying Whatsapp to take it down for a while. Since Lumia’s and WP8 are expanding fast. You can see comments from gadget blogs with more and more people talking about their WP8 device.
Btw I do not understand why people use such a crippled service like Whatsapp. I know because most friends use it too, but that is exactly my point. Why.
LINE or KiK is much better IMO.
FB 不重視wp平台, 唔知FB 何時才肯為wp推出fb apps, 唔洗m$自已寫功能不齊全的fb apps.
另外, whatapps 自已都可能忙中, 相信好快推出. 當然, nokia 未必幫到手, 因為正傳fb 收購whatapps. 如nokia 肯比$要幾快有幾快. 但個人相信nokia 只係用談的方式去鼓勵whatapps 快些.
會否快, 始終whatapps 有自已決定權, 不受他人影響.
WP本身成個people hub已經係FB reader..

thanks for feedback to Nokia, I buy 820 two days before and found it cannot use Whatsapp! Now, I change to use my old HTC, I will not return to Nokia unless it support whatsapp……..
“Mobile is for communication, more then half communication is by whatsapp”. Hopefully Nokia react seriously and get problem solve…..i know it’s not technical problem……
you may try LINE, good and with large “stickers” to make conversations interesting. BTW, LINE has a full back up system once you register and active your account with email, then you could change your phone at your own selection and time.
It will probably be back very soon. They took it down because of some major bugs. So, i’m willing to wait if it is better later.
