Microsoft在發佈會上，公佈了不少的Apps將會登陸Windows Phone 8。據微軟所說，實際數量是以其他手機平台頭五十最高排名的Apps來計算，而其中46款將會登陸Windows Phone 8！

在此先談遊戲，Microsoft在發佈會上公佈了不少的遊戲登陸消息，包括早已公佈的Asphalt 7 : The Heat、N.O.V.A. 3和Fairway Solitaire，公佈但跳票已久的Angry Birds Space和即將推出的Angry Birds : Star Wars外，暫時還有以下之前從未公佈的新作：

Xbox for Windows Phone作品：

• Fairway Solitaire(Big Fish Games)
• Gravity Guy 2(Miniclip)
• Ice Age Village(Gameloft)
• Jetpack Joyride(Halfbrick)
